- Non-HF Blowback Start + Pilot Arc: Stable arc through painted, rusty, or expanded-mesh metal with reduced EMI—cleaner starts and more consistent pierces on shop floors and job sites.
- Drag-Cut Ready: Glide the torch directly on the workpiece for smooth templates and freehand lines; use LOTOS DC6309 drag consumables (sold separately) for best results.
- Large LED Controls: Pilot-Arc Time (6–15 s) for grates/mesh; Post-Flow (2–10 s) helps cool and extend torch life; input-pressure reminder keeps kerfs consistent.
- Input Power & Air: Automatic dual voltage 110–125V / 215–245V; recommended breakers 50A @120V / 40A @240V; clean, dry air ≥70 PSI @ 4.0 SCFM.
- Output & Cutting Capacity: 220/240V: 20–63A DC (up to 3/4" clean; 1" sever). 110/120V: 20–35A DC (up to 3/8" clean; 1/2" sever).
