- PRECISION CRIMPING TOOL: For MOLEX Mini-Fit Jr. Series terminals. The crimping dies are carefully designed with precise geometry to perfectly shape the conductor and insulation wings. The result is a professional B-shaped crimp that ensures maximum mechanical strength and optimal conductivity to meet OEM standards.
- PIN REMOVAL TOOL: The unique smooth built-in plunger design pushes pins out from behind the connector blocks, the pull-out and lock protective cover effectively safeguards the tips. Made from special materials with hardness up to HV500, these tips ensure durability, wear resistance, and toughness.
- JRN011 SERIES CONNECTOR: 4.2mm pitch connector is made of PA66, Flame retardant grade is UL94-V0. The operating temperature range is from -40℃ to +105℃. Under environmental conditions of 23℃ ± 5℃, the temperature rise at 9A current is no more than 30℃. The connector can be mated and unmated over 50 times.
- CONTACTS DESIGN: The 18-24AWG contact is made of tin-plated brass. Rated current is 9A MAX, rated voltage is 250V AC, DC. Crimp pin and receptacle terminals feature multiple points of contact for a reliable electrical connection and a higher current carrying capacity. Locking tangs on the crimp contacts secure them firmly in the connector housing.The kit includes a large quantity of terminals for crimping practice or as spares, providing a great user experience, especially for beginners.
